CUSTOM GIFT ORDERS

PLEASE SEE THE PRODUCT TURNAROUND TIME BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. Your design mock-up will be emailed to you 48hrs after receiving payment. Once approved, the processing time begins and we create your order with care. Once complete we take it to the shipping carrier. The average time for shipping is 3 to 6 business days, based on your location. Shipping is completed with First Class Mail. Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. PLEASE NOTE, all products are made to order. If the priority shipping option is selected at check-out the order will be shipped in 1 to 3 business days after processing times.

Unfortunately, we are a small business and just don’t have the time to design potential orders. That said, we send design proofs to the customer-provided email before making and shipping your product.

Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns. We do send mock-ups on custom made orders and complete a quality control check on every item that is sent to our customers. We believe in making our customers happy and will do our best to help with any issue may have with our product. We are not responsible for packages damaged during shipping. Please be sure to file a claim immediately with the shipping carrier.

Because we like to maintain timely shipping. All cancellations and/or order changes must be made within 12 HOURS of your order. Please review your personalization information before submitting your purchase. Please feel free to message us if you have any questions about design personalizations before placing an order.

PARTY FAVOR ORDERS

Choose your favorite design and fill in the personalization text box. Make sure to check your spelling as we copy/paste to prevent errors. So please fill in your details carefully and review your mock-ups. We can not change an incorrect name spelling after items have already been printed.

After design customizations have been completed, and mockup approved, your purchase will be Printed and assembled in our studio. An instruction Card Will Be Provided with your shipment. You can always reach out to us if you need help with applying your favor labels.

After design customizations have been completed, your purchase will be delivered via email a High-Quality 300dpi PNG & PDF file. Digital downloads are printable, NO physical items will be shipped. Once your purchase is completed, you will be able to make as many prints as needed. Please read the product description for more details. * We recommend either printing from home or using A SELF- SERVICE PRINT STATION due to the nature of some character designs. Please BEWARE, some Stores may refuse to print due to the character(s) and/or logo(s) copyrights. We CANNOT guarantee printing availability from any outside printer source. WE DO NOT PROVIDE COPYRIGHT RELEASES. * You can use the paper & adhesive of your choice.
