Due to our products being Custom made to order, we can not offer REFUNDS. We do offer store credit and pride ourselves on Customer Satisfaction and will try to correct order issues (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of submitting your design for a $5 cancellation fee. You will receive a refund for the difference.
